Not every agency can say that they have three furry "employees" who contribute to their talent pool...

 

But at jldcreative, the fuzzy ones are a crucial part of the team. Ever since John rescued "Miss B" back in 2005... and she had her kittens, "Ipo" and "Aloha" (Stinky) in June, 2005, they have called jldcreative home... and we love having them here!

 

When the creative juices aren't flowing, or even if you're just having a bad day, a cat cuddle is never far away. Fortunately, everyone here is an animal lover, so no one really gets upset when one of the kitties plops down on the keyboard or settles in for a lap snuggle. And they are not just fun for us... our visitors enjoy them too! When our UPS driver, mail carrier, or any one of our regular vendors drops by, they often stop to play with one of the cats before they even talk to one of us. And Stinky, especially, is full of personality. We always say "Stinky is a Rock Star!" - everyone who has met him remembers him and looks for him when they come in. Ipo is a little more shy, but is always up for someone to pet him. And Miss B... well, she is not particularly social... but she's getting friendlier.

 

Most people have heard reports about how pets can help to reduce stress... and who couldn't use less stress? Especially at work! Not every workplace is a good environment for pets, but we're fortunate: We have a lot of animal lovers, we spend a lot of hours here at the office, and best of all, we work in a creative environment, where it's acceptable for the office environment to be a little "unusual."
