Great Men Make Great Alcohol
By: Casey Knox
Is it true great men make great alcohol? Well, many of our favorite alcohols seem to think so. The latest trend in alcohol advertising seems to be a history of where they came from or how dedicated their founder was. Some have been actual histories, and some have been blown-out-of-proportion boastings of their heritage. I actually like this approach better then the typical "if you drink this.... sexy bimbos will throw themselves at your feet" approach. Here are a few examples of what I am talking about, starting with my favorite.
Johnnie Walker -The Man Who Walked Around The World
Smirnoff - Signature
Jack Daniels - Label Story : Old No. 7
Jameson's Irish Whiskey
Tongue-in-Cheek Budweiser Horse
