What Motivates Us

I just came across this animated video of a talk given by Dan Pink of The RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce). The RSA has been around for over 250 years. They help create policy by conducting research in the realm of social progress. They have many of these animated videos and you can see them all on their YouTube channel. The animation below is one I found is about what really motivates us. They've analyzed the research independent of political influence, and you might be surprised to find out what works.
