WWII Visual History by Sergey Larenkov

I love history. I like to visit historical sites, close my eyes, and try and imagine what the spot I am standing in was like 50, 60 or 100 years ago. Sergey Larenkov has come up with a way to take a time portal back into WWII Europe, just like I love to do, only with less powers of the imagination and more practical means. The images he has created are haunting, moving and intriging.  It makes me want to go through some of my grandfathers images and create the same type of art, but I doubt any of them would be as moving a subject as WWII.
