OK Go Lesson

By Casey Knox

When first starting, the band was made up of Damian Kulash, Tim Norwind, Andy Dunkin, and Dan Konopka. Originally from Chicago, they signed with EMI and Capitol Records. They released these cookie cutter videos first: (These were off their self-titled record and in no particular order)

For there Second Album Oh No and after switching Andys (Andy Duncan left and was replaced by Andy "Rusty" Ross), Inspired by this performance on chic-a-go-go they made:

Making Videos on the cheap was pretty successful so they made:

Here it Goes Again (Treadmill)

For their third album Of the Blue Colour of the Sky they made these:

This Too Shall Pass (Marching Band) MY FAVORITE (they were inspired by Notre Dame Marching Band who incorporated their treadmill video into their half time act)

They then split from EMI and Capitol Records to form their own indie label Paracadute recordings, re-released Of the Blue Colour of the Sky, and made the latest and greatest featuring their friend Orange Bill, the goose, whose real name is Maria.

Other fun ok go stuff:
They got a thing for ping pong:

Damian also likes to spend time writing Op-Eds on Net Neutrality

Have fun!

DISCLAIMER: This is just stuff I gathered from researching on the internet, and while for the most part probably correct, I cannot claim it to be 100%.  I guess if you want to be that accurate, you will just have to go chat them up for yourselves.
