I know what my next vacation is.... I'm going to France to see this castle in the making. In 1997 the owner of a 13th century castle had the pipe dream of building and creating a castle made just the way it would have been back in the day. Never did he believe that this dream would come true... But fast forward to 2010, and after many years of progress, the castle is really starting to take shape.

I love history. I especially love castles, and in history we see where we came from, how we as humans endured and made life livable. I believe it's also good to look back because, although some things can become obsolete in the name of progress, sometimes there are other things that are forgotten that should not have been. Just learning about these things keeps them alive a little longer. You can become a personal vessel of something important.
