Philadelphia to levy tax on most Bloggers

When you first learn of this, you can't really believe it's true. Could a city be so down on it's luck that it would attempt to tax even casual bloggers? It seems utterly absurd. But I guess the the City of Brotherly Love holds no love for bloggers.

If I ever make it to New Zealand...I'm eating pizza at Hell

Which javascript framework should you use? A designers perspective.

I've been a web designer and programmer wannabe for many years. I finally succumb to the fact, my mind can't grasp higher programming, but I know enough to annoy and push programmers to accomplish more. And javascript frameworks fall under this topic.

I'm happy to see Pep Boys reemphasizing Manny, Moe & Jack in their marketing
