Ed is a marketing heavy who also happens to be a first-rate writer. His 30-year career covers all facets of marketing and communications management, half on the agency side of business and half on the "client" side.

Starting out as an ad copywriter, he worked his way up the ladder at Gray & Rogers marketing, advertising and PR agency to become a senior VP and member of its Board of Directors. Supervising G&R?s new business function and its B-to-B accounts with a staff of 35, he designed the strategy and directed the development of creative work for practically every kind of account imaginable, including AT&T, Bell of SE Pennsylvania, TRW, Dupont (Corian), American Cyanamid, Formica, Rohm & Haas, Pennwalt, Masco and Diamond Shamrock.

Prior to partnering with jldcreative , Ed worked on the technology front as director of corporate and marketing communications for Infotron Systems, Dataram, K&S Industries and, most recently, OnePath Networks.

He specializes in developing programs that help companies create and capitalize on favorable reputation as a strategic asset. Ed´s programs, always tightly linked with broader marketing, sales and business objectives, improve a company´s reputation by building relationships and credibility within its markets, enabling the client to leverage its stronger reputation and produce better day-to-day business results.

When working with jldcreative, Ed wears several hats. He´s responsible for strategic marketing communications planning, account management, and writing promotional and public relations copy. Most important, he takes on the role of client advocate, listening to the people we work with to determine how we can best serve them, translating that input into results-focused programs and campaigns, and managing implementation so that our programs produce intended results and help our clients achieve business, marketing and sales success.

Ed has been certified in advertising and sales promotion by the Business/Professional Advertising Association and earned public relations accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America. He is the winner of PRSA Silver Anvil and Pepperpot awards, and he´s a Clio winner in the B-to-B print advertising category.
